I am not a good swimmer. Can I still learn to surf ?

You need to be able to swim, but you don’t have to be a ‘very’ good swimmer. You will surf in the foam of the broken waves where the water is not very deep and you will be able to stand on your feet.

Can I travel alone?

Most of our clients travel alone. So yes you can 🙂 .  You will share the room with one or 2 other persons and have single beds for every one.

I am allergic or intolerant to some things. Do you cater for us too?

Yes we do. Just fill out the booking form and inform us what you can’t eat and we will make a different version of the meal for you.

How does the payment work?

You pay a deposit of 350 euro when you make the booking. This secures your reservation. The rest you can pay upon arrival.

Am I to old to learn to surf ?

No you are most likely not 🙂 . Everyone can learn to surf as long as you are fit and love playing in the ocean. Surfing is also a sport that you can keep on improving your whole life. So you have plenty of time. It is all about your motivation.

Can I bring my daughter ?

Yes you can. The minimum age for learning to surf in a group is 8 years.

Can we book with a group of friends for just a couple of days outside the dates mentioned on the calendar?

We can build your package. Depending on the availability we can make a quote for the package you want. Just send us an e-mail with your request.

What shall I bring? And what not to forget?

Once you are booked in, we will send you a travel sheet with information on your holiday. Don’t forget to bring bikini’s or bathing suits, a hat, sunglasses, summer clothing and warm clothes for the evenings, shoes, flip flops, sun protection factor 50 from a good brand.

How do I get from Faro airport to Burgau?

Best way is to book a transfer online from the airport. It is fast and fairly cheap. www.resorthoppa.com and www.greenbus.pt . Send us a text or give us a call when you are there and we will pick you up.

Can I travel by public transport?

You can travel by bus  www.eva-bus.com or train www.cp.pt from Lisbon and Faro.
