You need to be able to swim, but you don’t have to be a ‘very’ good swimmer. You will surf in the foam of the broken waves where the water is not very deep and you will be able to stand on your feet.

Most of our clients travel alone. So yes you can 🙂 .  You will share the room with one or 2 other persons and have single beds for every one.

Yes we do. Just fill out the booking form and inform us what you can’t eat and we will make a different version of the meal for you.

You pay a deposit of 50% of the total (80 % for single room occupancy) when you make the booking. This secures your reservation. The rest you can pay upon arrival.

No you are most likely not 🙂 . Everyone can learn to surf as long as you are fit and love playing in the ocean. Surfing is also a sport that you can keep on improving your whole life. So you have plenty of time. It is all about your motivation.

Yes you can. The minimum age for learning to surf in a group is 8 years.

Once you are booked in, we will send you a travel sheet with information on your holiday. Don’t forget to bring bikini’s or bathing suits, a hat, sunglasses, summer clothing and warm clothes for the evenings, shoes, flip flops, sun protection factor 50 from a good brand.

Best way is to book a private taxi with Alltravel to the lodge (1h) . They drop you off at the villa.  You can also order a transfer online from the airport to Burgau.  This is cheaper but travel time is up to 3h depending how many stops they make . www.resorthoppa.com and www.greenbus.pt .
