A non-refundable deposit needs to be paid to secure place.  An email with all the booking details will be sent after the deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

We will not issue a refund for the non-refundable deposit for cancelled places. Your booking can be transferred to a later retreat date of the same year only when a replacement can be found for your spot . We will do our best to find someone else to fill up your space in which case your booking can be moved to a later date of the same year. But this is not always possible, so it is highly recommended to take a travel insurance.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE FULL TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER FLIGHT CANCELLATION, DELAY AND CURTAILMENT, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
