Travel Assurance

• Full refund, including deposit, if you cannot travel due to a flight cancellation.

Changes & Cancellations

• +30 days before arrival: refund or reschedule.
• Within 30 days: we aim to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
• One complimentary date change included.

Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended for all situations not related to flight cancellations.

Reservation

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Your booking can be moved to another retreat date within the same year only if your spot can be filled by another guest.
